Products purchased from daphnesandals.com can be returned using the procedure outlined below. 

For an exchange or a refund, please follow the instructions below. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer trades.

• All products purchased by customers are under warranty for 30 days from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

• The customer who wants to return the defect/wrong or different size products;
All important information such as the order number, barcode, product name of the product should be sent to daphnesandals Customer Services via e-mail or whatsapp with at least 2 photographs showing the faults of the problematic product.

After all details have been reviewed by Customer Service, the return will be approved.

 

If the customers are domestic customers, they should pack and return the products according to the instructions set by daphnesandals.

• After the products of domestic customers enter the daphnesandals warehouse, coupons, product changes or refunds are made according to the customer's request within 3 working days.

• The shipping costs of all returns originating from daphnesandals are covered by daphnesandals.

• For the return of faultless but disliked products; Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the orders, the product must be unused, in its original package and with the label intact. Exchange and return shipping costs of faultless products will be paid by the customer.

• The customer who ordered the wrong size or wrong product is obliged to pay the shipping cost.

• Product return shipping costs due to the customer's fault belong to the customer.

• Only the return of products approved by daphnesandals is accepted, the return of products that have not been approved for return will not be accepted.

• Products covered by the return exemption; products under the discount categories. If there is no fault of daphnesandals regarding the products sent; Returns of products in this category are not accepted.
